im on the platinum plan, 1500 deductible, 1000 contribution from WA in your HSA to help pay for deductible, 90% co insurance. up to 2500 HSA. BCBS. Ive been impressed with my coverage.
Benefits were okay. Minimal expected.
Medical, Dental, and vision. If you are young and single it's the best. It cost much more when you add family members. Disability and Life Insurance was cheap
No match for 401K and the expense ratio is very high, but performance is terrible. No year end bonus for non-management role for more than 5 years.... Less PTO than other similar companies.
It’s decent medical. Pay a lot monthly and get discounts until a deductible is met
They cancel policies without notifying you, and what they do give you are high deductible choices. Vacation - If you can find someone to cover most likely can't take it. 401k - Its there but the match is a joke only when the company DOES GOOD you get something back. Job Training - LOL Free Lunch and Snacks - Ya walk around on your break* and grab samples from Costco Sick Days - Without Oregon new legislation this would not be possible.
It is easy to sign up and they offer help if you need it. Offer everyone like dental vision and health but it can be pricy and the deductible is kind of high
Insurance is ok, not great
I like the anonymity but there they do not offer a lot of training and no holiday pay either.
Would not want to offer benefits;manipulated schedule
