There is no worste thing about the benefits program. It's fair, real, and great.
Very flexible schedule but other than that, no real benefits if you’re part time
The 401K is almost none existent. They do offer great medical and dental care
Terrible compensation. I worked for multiple third party wireless sales companies and this was by far the worst compensation.
No benefits if you're part time.
Fairy inexpensive PPO insurance. They have an ORCA passport program, so free transit. They offer FSA and DCFSA as well. They have a wellness program which gives you gift cards for stuff as well. PTO and vacation time was fairly decent.
Benefits are only for full time employees ( I opted out). I was full time and gained some vacation time, I had quit to pursure an actual career that paid more, and had a better work/life balance. I got bored on my weekends and decided to go back, a month and a half later, as part time because it's a super easy job and I knew the job still. Upon returning I still had my vaction time. I decided to use a small portion of it. Then a couple weeks later the remaining portion disappeared. I asked why it was taken away and was told it's because I'm part time -I get that as a part time employee I wouldn't accrue any vacation time- however, those were hours I had worked for when I was full time. HR said I lost those hour when I quit and that I wouldn't get them back, that it was a "glitch" in the system that those hour were there. If those hours were gone when I came back, fine. I get it, I lost them. HOWEVER, they were there when I came back, and the company REFUSES to take responsibility for their mistake and instead screw me over of my EARNED vacation time. ALSO, a new PART-TIME employee somehow got 72 hours (Yes 72! hours) of vacation time and immedietly used them. Then HR is "hooking up" the current manager by saying that they "Feel" like the past manager lied about him working part time and they "think" he was actually working full time (when he clearly was NOT) and are going to go back in and give him vacation time for that time. So giving a brand new part time employee 72 hours of vacation time, and going back to give a former part timer vaction time from when they were actually part time. But screw over the person who actually EARNED vacation time, and who has bent over backwards for this company several times, doing WAY more than my job entailed for very little money, always being MORE THAN reliable, all while being constantly lied to. The benefits, along with this entire company, is a complete joke.
It was expensive, but your coverage wasnt very good. It was 2 years ago so i do not know the details anymore.
