Insurance, time off, vacation, paid holidays
Very High Cost for Families
Medical insurance is Too expensive. Not really accepted anywhere. It does not cover that much to begin with. Rest of the benefits are ok, except 401(k). 401(k) is not offered in Puerto Rico.
No perks except for sales commission. 401K is ok.
Great healthcare for one person. 401k was too difficult to set up.
Over priced insurance across the board
The best is their overall income package. The least best thing would be lots of hours. However, if you love money then nothing else matters.
Event tickets are available a few times a year, 401K, and employee phone plan are positives. The health plans are lacking due to many younger employees in the company opting out bringing up the group price.
Company paid below the poverty line and offered insurance none of their retail employees could afford. They also gave no quota relief for employees who went on vacation which was only paid out at the base salary level so minimum wage for hourly employees or slightly higher for managers.
No time off for anything or else you will miss your quota, in the first 6 months you have no chance to ever take a day off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
