Wizards' offers complete health, dental, vision, as well as a HSA. The 401k
They have all the standard benefits but are pretty notorious for having sub par options. High deductibles and frustrating communications make this package feel pretty lackluster.
Well rounded benefits package especially enjoy the work life balance. 401k is strong with 3% annual contribution from the company. No complaints
Access to pre-release product and points to use dollar for dollar in the company store. Benefits for health and dental was among average for the corporate sector.
Best part is half day Fridays and the generous 401k!
Great 401K matching and an additional annual 401K grant. Also a good equity bonus plan. Decent vacation time, unlimited sick leave. Insurance is so-so.
Sick leave is not counted against any time off. If you are sick, you take the time, let your manager know you'll be out, fill out the (finally, online) form for payroll when you get back, and that's it. No approvasl, no notes from your doctor like you are in grade school. 401k matching is fantastic. Lots of free product. Most of the company is on a 4 9-hour day schedule, with Friday's a half-day--which is fabulous. No stock plan. The health benefits are not so great. High-deductible plan through United Healthcare means a big chunk of money out of pocket for any healthcare before the plan covers anything. UHC's service is terrible--billing issues, 5-6 disputed claims because they said our "other insurance" (we had none) should cover it, and the best one: showing up for critical scheduled treatment and being told UHC had a three-month backlog of pre-approvals. Dental and Vision plans cover maybe 50-60% of costs.
Great 401K company matching and contribution.
I like that they provide yoga and gaming opportunities. I have quite a collection of Magic cards being employed there.
Half day Friday and 6% match for 401k
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
