Beautiful office, great snack variety, coffee round the clock
They now cover 90% of the medical insurance!
Medical plan is fairly bottom of the barrel. Few options, each with above average co-pay fees. Time off is highly scrutinized. In the event of an impending winter storm, management advises staff to 'use their best judgment', rather than make a leadership call for everyone's safety. This allows your judgment call to be called into question at a future date.

Recently, we’ve switched to a generous PTO policy which helps remove any ambiguity around time off. Regarding inclement weather, each employee’s commute can vary significantly so we empower employees to make a decision to travel based on their particular route to the office. For example, we recently experienced an impending winter storm and we sent out a company-wide email stating “if the roads are not safe to travel, please work from home.” We appreciate your honest feedback, thanks for taking the time to share your point of view!
All the standard perks and no one counts vacation days. Kitchen is my favorite perk.

The office is nicer than my home. They pay for half or our lunch, barber, and mani/pedi. We have a gym downstairs all to ourselves. The gym has locker rooms with showers and towels. All the benefits you would expect from a smaller private company and some you wouldn't (like 401K matching).

Best - there are awesome perks like phone reimbursement, meal reimbursement, gym membership. Worst - the healthcare isn't great but it's on par with most private companies.
