The best was the health insurance--best I had at any company I've worked at. The starting PTO is also way higher than normal in the US. The worst benefit was the bonus program--it was small to begin with for most employees and with the poor health of the business paid out at even less.
PTO is generous, they contribute a little to 401k, health benefits pretty standard
Company has good health insurance options, 401K, PTO, Holidays. Start with 20 PTO days (vacation/sick/personal) and 12 holidays. PTO increases by 5 at years 5 and 10.
WK provides a profit plan where X% of your base salary is added to your 401K plan regardless of whether you contribute individually.
There is a decent amount of PTO, the healthcare benefits are very good, and there's an opportunity to work remotely part or full time.
Time off is excellent, which is to say that it enables you to be a human being, and have a life. Excluding work constraints (have to take care of clients first), management is great about removing obstacles to taking PTO.
Great amount of time off - from 4 to 6 weeks depending on time with company. Also allows flextime and work from home options for most positions.
Great PTO with 4 weeks to start.
Good benefits, but now worth all the headache of working there.
Medical, Dental, Life / AD&D and Child Life Insurance, 401k, LTD and STD plans, etc.
