We were Lippincott before WK took over, and we had a better PTO policy that allowed you to continue to accrue PTOs --- one a year for each additional year of employment after 20 --- and WK cut it off so that you're capped at 20 years. This company doesn't care about its people AT ALL.

Starting year I was offered 4 weeks vacation plus 10 holidays.
Generous PTO days (no separate sick days), yet no carry over and you may not be able to take them all and end up losing them.
Starting off you get a good amount of days for PTO. No sick days, just PTO. You get a lot of days, you just have to use them well. Depneds on the size of your team and bosses on how available certain dates are for PTO.
Nice Paid Time off and Holidays. At times, additional days off are granted for weekend work.
