The benefits package at Women in Need is great if you work at Head Quarters, but if you work at a site then they need to improve their Time off Policy. Though shelters are open 365 days a year I believe holiday pay should still apply to those employees who are actually providing the service for the shelters and it should not be included as part of your vacation days.
The health care package is very robust and so is paid time off policy holiday worked overtime
The Vacation is the best part of the job otherwise i really dont see no benefits working there just somewhere to get experience if one doesnt have it..
Health insurance is very expensive, no union.
good medical, dental, retirement and benefit package but no tuition reimbursement
There was nothing good or bad about the benefits package. i was able to go to my doctors when needed.
the company offers a 403B retirment plan. they also offer medical benefits for employees but not their families. they do offer sick days as well as vacation. however, they does not have holidays off.
