“Premium and coverage were about same as other companies I have worked before”
Good health coverage options. Matching 100% vested 401k from the start. No sick paid days. And no paid holidays .
Company perks, bring your kid to work day, 401K options, medical vision and dental.
Lacking compared to their competitors
Not up to industry standard.
like many employers, costs of health care are rising. The minimum health care package offered is a high deductible plan with a low threshold of $1500. Many different providers are offered from an internal network, so you can choose a plan that best fits your doctors/medications. 401k match is not particularly generous but at least they do match.
23 days PTO is great when first I started. 100% 401K matching up to 4% then 50% match to 6%. Insurance was ok.
Flexible PTO (paid time off) and affordable health care benefits with a lot of variety/options.
Overall, benefits package is affordable and have many options for medical. Paternity leave is short if at all.
Would like more information on the health insurance.
In terms of benefits they were very generous for the most part. The majority of the benefits were subsidized so it made benefits pretty affordable. They also had a benefit system where it allowed you to choose your own through AON.
