The 401k is great. Starting out they only match a small portion but after 6 years when you are fully vested they match up to 6% dollar for dollar. In almost 5 years I have saved almost 30k. Of course the percentage that you put in from each check will determine how much you're able to save. Another great thing is that you can take out loans against your 401k. You are charged 5% each payment but it all goes back into your 401k so you're just paying yourself back plus 5%. Dental is maybe 5.50 a paycheck and vision is just 2.30 I think. I pay $47 a paycheck per check for health because I wanted the lower copay and deductible. I get 3 weeks of vacation since I've been with the company for almost 5 years and at 7 years I will get a 4th week. I have 250 something hours of sick time but of course we only get 6 occurences in a rolling 12 months which would be a max of 18 days of absences and you can only take 3 consecutive days off without a doctor's note. That time is best used for surgeries or maternity/paternity leave.
Great Benefits offered to full time employees
Health insurance is great as there are different options to choose from for medical, dental, and vision. Also, other options for supplemental insurance. 401k offered with them matching up to 6%.
Benefits are great, pay is great
Benefits are a good price and reasonable co pays even for specialists.
Best part about benefits is the 401k. Vacation is pretty good as well. Starts at 2 weeks and goes up to 5 weeks.
The company has sold 401k, medical, dental, and vision plans. I liked that we were able to work for our vacation time instead of being allotted a certain amount at the beginning of the year.
The health insurance is okay but the dental is the worst. You have one procedure done and it’s maxed out before you can even compelete the dental work needed.
The insurance doesn’t cost that much out of your check, but it barely covers anything when you need it.
Great health insurance nice optional insurance and company provides life insurance
