They match 401k at a very high rate. The health insurance is also reasonably priced for what you get

The medical insurance is offered through Universal Healthcare. The package was horrible. I think the lowest deductible offered was $2500 for an individual. I did get vacation time, but management was AWFUL about trying to control when you took the vacation time. There was NO tolerance for sick leave AT ALL. They threatened to fire me several times when I was sick and literally could not come to work and even provided proof from my doctor and emergency room visit.

Benefits cover mostly everything. A little pricey but not to bad.

The benefits are pretty good. However it is very expensive and it is $500 for an EAR visit but there aren't a lot of accessible urgent cares and ER should be less than $100.

Having access to health insurance as soon as you get hired. Downfall is that its super expensive and co pays are expensive as well. About 400 a month to insure myself and my child
