Decent benefits were offered by the bank.
401k, vacation 2 weeks within first year of hire,
United Health Care. The benefits are so-so. Dental does not pay much, vision pays a good bit and health is alright. $25 co-pay most places. $500 ER. Cost too much. $67-per paycheck for all.
401k is a good standard with 3% match. Insurance is average.
Incentives and benefits are great. Awesome to be exact. Great company as far as that goes.
The best thing is as soon as you start working you get two weeks of vacation. The worst thing is that there is blackout dates for vacation from after thanksgiving to the end of Jan.
Medical was the only thing making this ok, the rest was horrible. 401k was horrible, vacation time was limited and was counted against you
401k stock options healthcare normal basic options you would get at a job, I liked it.
3500 deductible is the best health plan option. 3% max match on 401k, if you use your sick time you'll be terminated because you are given more time than you can take without disciplinary action
You get all kinds of sick time but you have to use it less than 6 times in a rolling 12 month period.
