The company offers health, dental, vision, and attorney insurance. Matching 401k after one year of employment. Benefit package is available as long as you make at least$ 18,000 in one year.

They just made some great improvements to vacation, sick, 401k etc.

Health insurance was typical, vacation and sick were very adequate, 401(k) match was great

Benefits package was very family orientated in my opinion, and would work best for those that are more then just 2 people, but for people with like kids and whatnot.

Paid volunteer hours, wellness center, tuition assistance, opportunities for professional development.

They offer a great comprehensive benefits package that includes health and 401(k); keeping the package is contingent upon successful and consistent sales.

Life Perks were kind of useless to me. Health seemed to be the normal package. Dental and vision were expensive.

Outstanding benefits as well as leadership. Great company with excellent morals.

The best thing about the benefit package is the 401k that they have. It has a generous match which rises with your years of service to the company. The worst thing is the rising cost of the healthcare and the changing of plan options each year.
