The company definitely has a family mentality and this extends all the way in to how they structure their benefits. I was happy with what they offered.
Great 401k package and health insurance. They have a yearly bonus and also also offer a tuition reimbursement for continued education. Vacation balance is just okay but they do allow you to buy a additional week each year.
Great benefits offered to interns.
Competitive health insurance plan, 401k, vacation and sick days
You can buy additional vacation days. You have to wait 31 days until you are eligible for health insurance and vacation time.
Woodward offers a very good and inexpensive benefits package.
Health Insurance, Dental, 401K, bonus, vacation, sick time,
Good bonus with stock and health
Overall Woodward has a very competitive benefits package compared to other companies I've worked for. Working from home is somewhat up to the specific manager one works for.
Excellent health insurance. 4.5% match on 401K. 5% in company stock after 2 years. Paid vacation and sick time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
