The benefits are awesome. Wellness reimbursement is something every company needs to implement.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Above average benefits offered. A very mature HR department for a company of the size.

Good benefits at the company - snacks/beverages, 401k with matching, health, dental, vision and life insurance. You get paid for travel time (some get company cars) and technicians get paid for any overtime work. You get a good amount of paid time off and if you work any holidays you get paid extra.

The agent WorkSmart uses to purchase insurance through always has the company's best interest in mind with getting the most and best coverage for what we paid for it. While the provider may change here and there it's always been for the better.
