They offer the bare minimum which is kind of sad given how "family friendly" Workday claims to be. I took 18 weeks off but live in a state which has very generous benefits (55% of salary for 12 wks) after your 6-8 wk disability runs out. If you're an AE kiss your commissions goodbye and good luck starting from scratch when you return.

They provide 12 weeks maternity leave which is better than many employers but disappointing within the tech community.

Not sure. I saw a co worker who was asked to come back in the middle of his paternity because the manager couldn't handle her work without him around.

Really no different than any other company. I was eager to come back, because I was only getting paid 55% of my salary during maternity leave. Only bigger companies such as Google or HP will offer more time plus extra pay in addition to disability.
