Fantastic benefits and great culture
The benefits are average. Workday created a clinic when they should be looking at how to reduce the cost of our benefits or providing onsite child care. Most people use their spouse's or partner's benefits because they are much better than what is offered.
RSU’s are great. Base salary increases year over year is less than 3% at best. Promotions come out of this budget, so most people get a small base increase if any.
401k and HSA Contributions. Unlimited PTO. Sabbaticals allowed after a couple years. Good health insurance provided (dental and medical, medical includes some mental health support). On site doctor's office!
