Benefits package was pretty standard for the industry - offered several choices for health plans, 401K matched at 50% up to the first 6% of salary.
The benefits package was pretty extensive and standard for a tech company in the Bay Area. It covered most standard things and 401k was matched at a pretty standard level.
Base pay lower than Industry average for Bay area. Bonus OK but not great.
The benefits package is complete in that it covers all aspects of one's life. Company also has a flexible time off policy, and values employee work life balance.
Workday has unlimited PTO, great health benefits (with multiple plans to choose from), and a good selection of paid holidays.
Unlimited PTO , which of course reduces company liability when/if an employee leaves.
Unlimited PTO, 401K Match, and good healthcare benefits.
ESPP is capped at 15% and can't use variable comp to purchase.
Good benefits package. Enough options to cover needs of most people. No complaints.
Health benefits deductible for out of network coverage on their top PPO plan (80/20) is as high as many HSA plans ($2500) higher than I've ever seen. 5x higher than my previous (start-up) employer. For a company that touts their great health benefits - I'm sorry - this is truly pathetic. I feel forced to go in-network, but sometimes you don't have a viable choice. Definitely not health first!!!! This is NOT affordable healthcare.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
