    Benefits package was pretty standard for the industry - offered several choices for health plans, 401K matched at 50% up to the first 6% of salary.

    The benefits package was pretty extensive and standard for a tech company in the Bay Area. It covered most standard things and 401k was matched at a pretty standard level.

    Health benefits deductible for out of network coverage on their top PPO plan (80/20) is as high as many HSA plans ($2500) higher than I've ever seen. 5x higher than my previous (start-up) employer. For a company that touts their great health benefits - I'm sorry - this is truly pathetic. I feel forced to go in-network, but sometimes you don't have a viable choice. Definitely not health first!!!! This is NOT affordable healthcare.
