On workday, I see PTO in hours. Are sick leaves different from 10 days of vacations in IBM . Why can I not see vacation days balance in workday. I only see PTO in hours. I do not want to mistakenly book more vacation days than I am allowed

Given the sporadic nature of their work, how can scheduling, onboarding, and management be efficiently handled, considering variations such as daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or annual ? As a functional lead I will be re implementing benefits module and some part of learning module on client side. Would like to get some advise how to do this appropriately. I am looking online for some resources about workday implementation methodology but kinda new to all of these things even to project management. Any thoughts here? Thank you!

Today in Workday I went to look at my Time Balance to see how much time I have to “use or lose” by the end of FY23. I see this bizarre and concerning message stating “Not applicable to contingent workers” and at the bottom “No data.” I can see my PTO balance elsewhere in MyTE and the Accenture portal. So I am wondering: is this some sort of accidental early tip-off that I am to be laid off soon? Or is it simply just a technical “glitch” of some sort, maybe owing to end of year performance review
