Unlimited PTO is hard to take off when don’t get PTO reducing required hours to work.
Its unlimited, however,they try to put a cap of 20 days in our department.
your vacation/time off allocation is at your manager discretion. Some are more open to letting you take more than 2 weeks, others are not.
It was great ... unlimited but it all depend how much your manager likes you
