There was much available in person, webinar or online
There is paid training in the beginning.
They did not tell you if you weren't doing the job "correctly". This should be a looser term since they want you for this job for the human aspect of the job but they expect you to answer like the computer (seems counter productive to me).
Best thing : Easily accessible Worst thing: Not necessarily used to fullest potential
The job training are online, but there's no feedback.
The training is self-directed, reading training materials.
The training is very short, lasting about 20-30 minutes. It is obviously online but it is also automated so there is no live person behind it so there is no easy way to ask questions as you go along with the training. You just briefly train and then are thrown to the wolves, so to speak.
Basically just give you a ton of information you have to memorize
They send you a material to read. You will have to read carefully to study what they give you. This is very important in order to understand the way how you have to rate ads.
The training is self-directed. At least they pay us for that. The bad news is you can't ask anyone any questions you may have. You will get fired if you don't do well on the job right away. There is no training support or job support at all.
