Health insurance is great (especially for families) with lower premiums than I've experienced at other companies; nice employee stock purchase program; no 401(k) match; in office perks include free food/snacks and casual dress attire
The company is always look at ways to improve the benefits package. Workiva listens to its employees! We have parental leave, but compared to other tech companies or companies in general we're not competitive.
Pretty good medical/dental/vision but not so good on 401K. Just added RSU's to the mix so given how well the stock does this is better (in my opinion).

Best is free healthcare for individual. Worst is healthcare costs if you have a family.
Workiva has awesome benefits! Very low cost to employees and a lot of in network options. This is huge bonus to the overall compensation package.
Not a very competitive package. 3 weeks PTO, No 401k matching, 3 weeks Parental Leave for dads, 6 weeks partial pay STD for moms, 3 weeks PTO maternal leave for moms on top of STD. The company boasts about a lot of great benefits, but you mainly get those if you work at the Iowa office (on site Gym, Food, Day Care discount, Pet Friendly office, etc...)
