sadly, you only get 15 days off to use for a company that is otherwise very progressive, should be unlimited (this is the standard nowadays) if they truly trust their employees.
It's standard. Nothing outstanding here. Best in class is unlimited but the company's afraid it will be abused.
They give you sub par days off and frown if you take them.

3 weeks as a new grad is very reasonable.
2 weeks off for both vacation and sick time is ridiculously little, especially considering the fact that it never increases. Other companies that I've worked for started with at least 3 weeks and the benefit increased quarterly or annually.
