Great but they could have covered more of the home office expenses

The company has multiple locations nationally, and the main office is in Ames, Iowa, so most people have to work remote with people in the main office anyway. They have a lot of remote employees and have built a culture that it is accepted and everyone works well together.

They will let you work from home frequently, but they are not thrilled with hiring new remote employees and they expect you to be in the office regularly.

May 28, 2017
Former Enterprise Account Manager in Ames, Iowa

this is a good benefit but many other companies offer this as well

Former Quality Assurance in Ames, Iowa

the work from home benefit is pretty relaxed and you can work from home almost any time, however, very few people (mainly people who've been there awaile) get to work from home full time. Usually a day or two a week is okay.
