    For starters, This is not a job it's a business. So many of the benefits are long term benefits. Now there are many more that are available as you get higher, so where you do begin. Keep in mind, it's for the long haul, not quick money and benefits.

    There are no benefits package in terms of medical, health, dental, etc. you are an independent contractor. There are lots of trainings for you to learn and grow more, depending on your speed.
