Im giving 3 stars here as the benefits they offered me when I worked for them for 5 years in the UK were actually very good. Not because the company wanted to offer them but because UK laws forced them too (i.e. 25 vacation days, 10 sick days, etc).
They give a great amount of time off.
It is very good for seniors and if one have been long enough in the company.
if you stay long enough, you could have up to 27 days
Starts with 3 weeks and goes up from there.
The time off is great, a lot of it, but they force you to find your own coverage, or you don't get it.
First five years you get 15 days off per year plus two floating holidays.
All vacation days as given in the federal calendar. PTO depends on seniority.
15 Days of PTO for the first 5 years.
I only used 8 hours and that was a night mare. I had schedule an appointment prior to going to work for them. And was given grief about it when I missed.
