Great benefits! Great company to work for!

Good overall benefits, vacation based on job level and years of service, 403b matching based on years of service, medical, vision, dental. Dealing with Aetna insurance isn't fun but seems like all insurance companies are becoming a challenge to work with. Work from home in some departments once a week.

Overall, benefits are good, but health insurance plan with Aetna is mediocre.

The best thing about the benefits is the generous amount of vacation time, sick leave, and personal leave.

Reasonably priced health plans, valuable wellness program, 403B plan with match, pension plan. Life insurance coverage at 2.5 times salary, inexpensive additional life available. Maternity paid leave bank. Adequate leaves.
