Medical, Dental, Vision are all really good. They have a large employee base with which to negotiate great insurance. The benefits guy is a genius. We have a matching 403b program AS WELL AS a pension plan (which they call a cash balance plan). As a father, the environment is friendly towards dads who take their full paternity leave, and they are generous with letting you use up some sick time to get paid during your FMLA leave. There are numerous discounts that other companies have donated to us as well, for instance, I get a discount on my checking account and cell phone bill. Really, the benefits are better than many for-profit companies. They treat us right.
Health insurance is fair but the provider, Cigna, is difficult to work with in terms of coverage, access to specialists, and paperwork. Makes this a worse deal than it appears in paper.
