I believe its 4 weeks for woman and 2 for men. Pretty standard for majority of what I have heard of at other companies. I do think the men should have equal leave, woman require assistance after C sections so it would be nice for the guy to help out during that time. Also there is no restrict the time to half that of the woman when it comes to being around the baby after birth.

Thanks. 12 weeks for women who have given birth when combining sick leave, maternity leave, and parental leave. Thank you again.

WWT offers 12 weeks maternity and 2 weeks paternity after 1 year of employment. If both increased I think that would be great. WWT is a leading innovator and the importance of early parent / child bonding should be recognized. For new parents the physical and mental changes are numerous, ensuring employees have the time needed to come back to work recharged, refreshed and mentally ready should be of high importance.

12 weeks paid leave for maternity leave. 2 weeks paid parental / adoption leave. There is also a maternity management program for expecting mothers that is very educational and generous.
