US business evolving, so benefits package improved over time as the number of employees grew. Would have liked to see more stock option/equity participation for more employees.
The benefits were pretty nice!
PTO is now on an accrual basis. 401 matched at 4%, decent healthcare.
Aetna seems to be a quality and well-renowned healthcare provider
Love the retirement plan - great medical premiums. Lots of paid time off. Really nothing to complain about - very pleased.
full benefits including health and dental, pension, 401K
With vacation and sick time and holidays combined, a new employee gets around at least 30 days off that first year
The 401(k) contributions are very generous and vest immediately. Single employee insurance premiums are super low for employees, but it's significantly higher if you have a family.
Great benefits overall with an especially good vacation package.
The main pro is having 15 vacation days off every year. The benefits were decent as well.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
