Worst: Recently removed 401K matching and HSA matching. Maternity leave is difficult to apply for. Best: Health Insurance is blue cross blue shield so covers most doctors and premiums are fairly low. Almost everyone is working from home currently due to pandemic. Working from home was option before the pandemic but you needed a very good reason for it.

This company has health insurance, a great 401k plan, paid vacation. They have all the benefits that one would desire.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Best thing about the benefits package is the work from home policy.

It has good medical insurance options. The matching of medical and 401K could be higher.

Really nice optical, the group is so small for membership on insurance packages that you pay massive out of pocket for medical.

WorldView has a competitive benefits package that starts soon after hire. It is not too expensive, and there's a variety of coverage to choose from.
