Time off is great 2 weeks and sick time is flexible. 401k is offered for matching after a year of employment. Health and dental care available.
Full benefits for a low cost, I know my family is taken care of without paying an arm and a leg. Vacation time and sick time is great, the company really has a focus on work/life balance and making sure their employees are well taken care of!
Very supportive in training
Pretty good and competitive overall.
Best thing is health insurance, paid short term and long term disability, HSA match and employer contribution, 50k life insurance policy. Worst is PTO and 401k.
The best thing about the benefits is the laid-back culture. Right now it is easy to schedule time off. The 401k could use some work though.
Cons: 401k -Not eligible for 60 days -not eligible for match for 1 year -Match only 50% of first 4% Health -low premiums -very high deductible and out of pocket max -prescriptions don’t count towards OOP max Very low paternity (2 weeks) and maternity leave Only 2 weeks vacation is quite uncompetitive in 2018 Pros: Free snacks Great work culture Great office space High performing management
The benefits packages are great and they give choices. In my last company I was forced to have the crap health package.
Very low cost to all employees!
they pay for all medical expenses! unlimited time off
