good vacation and PTO benefits
The benefits I consider them as the basic of the basic required by law.
6 holidays/ year (January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day) basic health care coverage no raises or bonuses over the past 4 years
Provides a 401k with a 1.25% match. Other benefits in line with industry averages
Health insurance costs continue to increase year over year, yet over the past few years WWTS has not passed those increases to the employee, so that's appreciated. WWTS did move to an HSA option. At first I was very skeptical, but now I am a huge fan of the HSA and have built a hefty account that I can dip into on occasion to pay out of pocket expenses.
The best Thing is the Wide Range of Benefits the company Offer. also with the Paid Time off you start the first Full Year with 17 Paid Days Off
Medical benefits could be better
The best thing about the benefits package at Worldwide Tech Services was that they offered me every possible benefit they had with the company.
They provide a lot of benefits. Some even company provided, but they changed the health insurance to an HSA. This may be good for some, but it wasn't for me
When they eliminated my position I was in a part-time or some crappie full-time status my benefits went up to 1100 a month
