No benefits package as an adjuster other than high pay. In management, you get great benefits many other companies have taken away these days
No benefits until employee is full time for specific amount of time.
They provided benefits such as health, dental and vision. The coverage was good and price affordable. The worst thing about the benefits is the cost for a family.
OK Package for seasonal work
Company medical insurance are very good, including health, dental and vision, as well as short-term disability. A major drawback is the lack of any kind of 401k or other retirement plan. PTO is not progressive with years of service.
No 401k, Expensive benefits that cover almost nothing. The way you earn days off doesn't make sense and changes constantly/isn't enforced.
No 401K!!!! This is a must if we are to stay competitive with other companies.
They offer Insurance Plans but they are only valid until the end of month you leave assignment. Then you have to pay cobra until next assignment. Its better to just have your own to avoid this.
