Have BCBS. Rates are high.
Benefits are just ok. Just basic time off days and health care insurance isn't the best.
They had pretty standard benefits
Health care. Vision. Life and 401k
The benefits are pretty standard, not bad but not great. They would not count industry years of experience towards your PTO allowance so as a relatively new hire that that has 20 years experience it was quite disappointing to only have 3 weeks.
Decent holiday and PTO, medical, etc. Basic 401k match (which they cut during the pandemic to save money, recently reinstated). Little to no performance based pay or incentive structure.
Benefits are average for an EPC. Leave hours are low and two weeks were taken away after the acquisition of Jacobs.
Zero paid holidays! Sometimes entire weeks off without pay. Only 40hrs of vacation a year getting 20hrs every 6months
Good Benefits that don’t break the bank for just yourself it’s only 55$ a check with vision and dental included
