They have medical, dental, vision, 3 weeks of PTO, 401K, sick leave, short and long term disability insurance, they even have pet insurance.
Healthcare is okay. No 401 matching. PTO could be better.
No 401k matching. Benefits are just bare minimum.
Benefits packing is lacking. Only 3 weeks of PTO per year (15 days) with lower than salary pay out. Can only roll over 40 hours to following year. Must work 16 + years to earn 28 days PTO
