Great health insurance and unlimited PTO are two of the top benefits of working at Wpromote.
The best benefits package in the industry
401k, medical, work from home
The health insurance is super affordable, even when insuring a family. Unlimited PTO is a fantastic perk, as are the half days before holidays and the extended Christmas break.
Great benefits! They offer everything one could want or need at a workplace. They care about the employee and want them to be healthy and succeed.
The 401k is fairly good and you really can't go wrong. The match is decent and you become eligible by the month following your date of hire. Their Unlimited PTO is also amazing. They really do have unlimited PTO and you aren't penalized for taking advantage of it. They also have a generous "Work From Home/Work From Anywhere" policy which allows you to work from home on an as-needed basis. This differs from department to department so the flexibility of the policy can vary, but all allow it to some extent.
Unlimited free kombucha, cold brew on tap, coffee, tea and cereal. Free fresh fruit Mondays, Veggie Tuesdays, Yogurt Wednesdays and Bagel Fridays. Bi-weekly half day Fridays during the summer from Memorial Day until Labor Day and before most holidays. One week off during the last week of December. Throwdown Thursdays once a month to go over company updates and free beer and wine every Friday at 4pm.
Important: Unlimited PTO, WFA, 401k + matching, Health Insurance Nice-to-Have: Free snacks, amazing coffee, weekly happy hours, occasional meals, office events
Great and affordable coverage. I'm staying on my parent's insurance until I have to come off of it, but went over everything they cover and all of the packages are great choices.
