Overall great benefit packages. Although 401K matching occurs after 1 year, other benefits really shine. A lot of PTO time makes me feel like an unlimited PTO since I don't think I can use them all during the time here.
Medical insurance is expensive and not that great. The vacation, holiday and other paid days off far exceed any place I’ve worked at, by far. Free drinks.
