Our medical insurance Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. We offer two plans for our employees to choose from; one is an 80/20 HSA Plan and the other is an 80/20 HRA Plan. Both are comprehensive in terms of coverage and Wyandot contributes money each year to help employees with the deductible portion of the plan. The HSA Plan is our base plan and the HRA Plan is the buy up plan. The base plan has a lower employee cost thatn the buy up plan, as you would expect.
