The company provides great Health benefits for its employees. It also tries very hard to ensure that employees stay healthy and in shape with an Onsite Gym. I've worked at many companies throughout my career and I would have to rank Wyndham as one of the Top Companies I've worked for. Highly recommended company.

After spinning off Wyndham Hotel Group as its own entity, the remaining parts of the company (now called Wyndham Destinations) saw a significantly less impressive benefits package beginning in 2018.

Health benefits are good. Company offers 401k match. The discounts to stay at resort properties is a great perk.

You really dont get much of a discount with the hotels and resorts and there is never availability anyway

The medical was expensive and was paid weekly by the employee. No PTO or Sick Leave accrued- taking time off was frowned upon.
