The system included many options so associates could pick and choose parts that were appropriate to their situation.
Wyndham is self insured thus leading to rising out of pocket medical expenses as most of us are dealing with. Lots of options to fit an individual's budget which includes health, dental and vision. As well as LTD, life insurance, 401K matched at 6% after first year.
They gave great medical benefits. I broke my leg while working there and everything was covered
Wyndham provided excellent medical and dental and vision coverage. Their 100% match of 401k (at a certain %) was also very good.
Just vacations & Paid time off. Nothing else is offered. The employee discount is good alternative.
