    They have their own Wellness Clinic. Little or no co/pay. Same for their pharmacy generics.

    Single employee, $51 per paycheck. $400 deductible, $1500 max dental per year. On average $20 copay. It's reasonable.

    We havea pretty average medical, dental and vision offered. one good thing they did was to offer options for hmo or ppo separately in wach category which was all or nothing previously.
