great benefits, provides free food to employees which is great if you don't have time to cook. I've worked at other casinos and this is so far the best, treat employees well.

It would be nice if employees can get paid time off

Vacation doesn't begin to accrue until after 12 months of employment. You receive 20% off of all restaurants Sun-Thurs and retail outlets everyday. You have access to the employee dining room for one hour at any time during your shift each day.

The benefits are reasonable and affordable. The 401K program is a bit of a joke. 1 free meal in the employee dining area per day.

I had used my FMLA when a tragic accident happened in my family. They were caring and understanding. Helped guide me through the process.

Without a doubt -- the Employee Dining room perk is amazing. Free parking too!

If you're a union employee, for example a server in a restaurant, the company pays for your health insurance. As a manager, you pay about 40 bucks a month to get insurance. I never really used it but some of my colleagues said the number and quality of in-network doctors are not so good. The worst part is, no vacation time during the first year.

I was a part time/seasonal employee but even so, i was allowed discounted tickets to shows at the hotel as well as discounted rates for family and friends.

Benefits were good from what I can remember, time off could be better.
