Decent insurance. 401k match was pulled in the last year
Company will likely go bankrupt in the next year or so. They do not have the money nor the capacity to put into benefits.
Matching 401K , time off vacation package and sick time, salaries are high for the area
Great coverage. Great expense ($10k+/yr. for health ins. for family). They say there is "Mental Health" coverage, but would rarely/never pay claims. (My teenager tried to commit suicide 3 times and the mental health coverage was refused, deemed as "unnecessary". I spent 15 hours on the phone to help get with the coverage and no one knew anything about it.)
Blue Cross / Blue Shield - Paid for the employee by the employer - reasonable cost to add ons: Dental, Vision, Disability. Life insurance - basic is included - reasonable cost to upgrade.
40 hours vacation, no 401k match, sick time takes forever to accumulate, health, dental, vision-decent, no education benefits.
They have a decent benefits package, considering a lot of companies do not offer some of these anymore. They also offer insurance discounts, pet insurance deals, and other discounts.
