Coming from a company that did not have benefits, this is place has awesome benefits. I was very pleased to find all of the options they have. The company does really do their part in making benefits affordable.
Best thing about benefits is health insurance PPO options are pretty good. Worst thing is only 2 weeks of vacation per year
Health Insurance and other benefits are reasonably good and compare with what other companies are offering in this area.
401k is OK but there are no stock incentives so the upside is limited
Benefits seem to be below average at a higher than average cost to the employee.

Pay is decent. However, company does not offer perks unless you consider unlimited coffee/soda and bagel Friday's to be. Time off is sparse.
No 401k match. It's unheard of in the tech sector!! They do hand out stock options that vest over 4 years which is nice, but if you are only there a year it doesn't do you a lot of good, but the 401k matching would.
The stock options, for project managers they offer you 10,000 shares and they vest over 4 years, starting with the first year you are there and they pay a dividend each year based on the shares vested you've purchased,
