Options with benefits are great!
Terrible 401K, no wellness packages or money towards class/extra education. Insurance is ok, I have had better benefits elsewhere. Time off is unlimited and some people take advantage of it and some people feel guilty taking time off because of their managers and teams.
Unlimited vacation is the worst policy. Some take advantage of it and leave their teammates hanging out to dry. Others are wary of taking too much vacation so they don't take what they should.
Health care cost is very high compared to other companies.

Unlimited vacation, some free work out classes and fun things here and there, great healthcare, dental vision etc, 401K does about 4% match, but options to invest are good, stock options, overall good benefits, great maternity leave for both parents and good work life balance.
Decent benefits for a publisher including unlimited vacations. Obviously, the drawback is that you're busy, can't really take unlimited days and end up taking fewer days than you would if you had a set number.
