“As a truck driver in a snowy area of the country I end up using most of my vacation time for days when the highways are closed. Could certainly use that 3rd week before 5 years of service.”
Benefits package is pretty standard for a large company. Have to say the Health insurance paid very well when my wife had a heart attack
Great company to work for
Expensive, high deductibles, deductions weekly
Health care insurance is of most importance and XPO has an excellent startup program...
The platform to choose your benefits is seamless to use and our benefits offerings are accepted by my medical providers. I do wish we had a few more holiday days throughout the year. For example, President's and Veterans Day.
Basic benefits. Included health and dental and vision.
Benefits are great! Tuition reimbursement is generous, however with 401k - match does not start until a year of employment
All of the perks are great especially the 401k through Fidelity.
Comprehensive package and always improving
XPO has a good 401K
