Honestly it was a great environment for the most part. You'll never have a dual moment that's for sure. However I left the gym because of awful management, which was quite frequent. I felt like their was a new manager every 5 months. From what I saw it was never reaching our monthly goals and someone from corporate would come in and take them away. Pros: Free gym membership! Learning new workouts from trainers! Cons: New hires every month. Never consistent employees.
If you are part time many of the benefits you will never see but also a part time person works so much it feels like your full time
No PTO or paid sick days
90 days until health insurance kicks in from start date - i could be dead by then. No employee discounts on anything and if they have them you have to wait until a sale on a certain item ends. Besides the obvious gym membership.
Does not exist. The little that is offered cost more then comparable benefits at other companies.

Employee discount for supplements, but you can get cheaper on amazon. They are late at giving pay checks. They still use paper paychecks.
Medical is over priced Vision doesnt cover any thing
Vacation time was very limited. Entire life put on pause when I started there.
Worst thing is that there is no retirement benefit.
