Good, but not really fantastic
Health insurance was great and they worked hard to keep the monthly premiums low. They removed the matching 401(k) which felt like a pay cut.
There is no employer matching 401(k) contribution.
Very decent health insurance coverage even with rates going up minimally each year. HSA contribution by company is great. No 401K match.
The health, dental and vision were decent. PTO was generous and there truly was work/life balance. The company did not provide a 401K match which was a disadvantage.
Self funding insurance only works for the company and not for the insured. Bonuses and cost of living increases stopped while premiums went up every year.
