“Best is the amount of time you get and there’s flexibility when you come back as well.”

“Health Insurance is pretty standard but you can pick the best for your state between two companies.”
The benefits are good you have medical, dental and vision as well as supplementary benefits like Bright Horizon for Child care, supplemental life etc. The maternity leave is about 20 weeks which is also nice.
Pretty sub-standard benefits, high premium insurance policies that don't cover a whole lot beyond basic preventative annuals. The mandatory 3-day RTO policy is not ideal either. You start with 10 days of vacation a year. Many cool benefits have gone away like snacks, free cafe lunch, happy hours, tuition assistance, no health office in the building anymore
They use to give free food
Great team - if you are lucky (my case).
The analytics team out for Dearborn was great. Team collaboration was key and we worked as a team
Good benefits, contributes to 401k, good health plan.
good benefits at this company
Solid benefits including plenty of PTO, good medical, vision, and dental insurance. Wish 401K had higher match though
Solid benefits package with decent medical/dental coverage, great vision, and a health & wellness annual allowance
Very basic, not competitive at all: 401k: Matches 50% of your contributions between 1 and 6%. $150 Wellness stipend for the ENTIRE YEAR. That's it. Very standard health insurance. You start at 10 days of vacation your first year1. 15 after 2 years. You get 20 days after 10 years of employment. They do NOT rollover unless you are in CA. 10 sick days per year.
