Got you cover in just about all areas and they are trying to keep up with industry trends.
Overall, very good, comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Would be improved if they based PTO not on tenure, but on career experience/stage.
The benefits package is all inclusive and includes pension as well
Can get great hours if you meet all expectations. Sometimes can get burnt out taking too many calls.
Pretty good benefits package overall with a fairly generous PTO policy. The 401K match offered is on the lower side, however there is a cash balance pension plan offered to new employees that helps offset that.
Health insurance is great. Retirement plan is average.
One of the few companies left still offering a pension to employees but unclear how long that will last. High deductible health plan but plan is overall good. Dental, vision and lots of other benefits
17 days of PTO for a new employee 50% 401k match for up to 8% of salary
Deductible is hard to meet on health insurance.
Not only does the Company have a comparable 401K match, but they offer a 100% employer-provided pension plan after one year of service. That is pretty remarkable in today's day and age. The dental and health care costs are also fairly priced. Compared to past employers and other large publicly traded companies in the region it is one of the better ones I have seen.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
