Pretty good benefits package overall with a fairly generous PTO policy. The 401K match offered is on the lower side, however there is a cash balance pension plan offered to new employees that helps offset that.

Not only does the Company have a comparable 401K match, but they offer a 100% employer-provided pension plan after one year of service. That is pretty remarkable in today's day and age. The dental and health care costs are also fairly priced. Compared to past employers and other large publicly traded companies in the region it is one of the better ones I have seen.
