We're losing access to a gym. It would be really nice if this were added again when we switch buildings. An annual bonus based on performance would also be nice. Otherwise, the benefits are pretty robust. 401k matching, catered breakfast and lunch once a week, medical and dental seem good...
Medical is good, and covers all the usual. Would be great to have an employee stock purchase plan as well as higher matching on 401K.

Multiple health care options. Safe Harbor match 401(k) at 3%. Very healthy work/life balance, if something comes up your family is first. They offer 2 weeks paid paternity leave so that is something, maternity is higher. 20 days PTO a year but that includes sick time. Weekly happy hour and free breakfast and lunch once a week.
As a contractor, I was not eligible for the benefits plan, but full-timers universally said it was poor in relation to like companies.
Benefits are expensive, but I think that is going to be the case for a smaller company
Benefits are ok but not exceptional. Stock options for US employees is confusing and cumbersome as shares can only be traded on the Australian stock exchange
