There are not enough selections
Only $3000/$6000 High Deductible Health Plan, 30/70 split after. $160 per month premium for employee, $520 for family. Vision/Dental optional. $150 annual HSA contribution;
Nothing good, its a very high deductible plan with lots of gotchas, and after you meet your max, you still pay 30%. Most other perks are costly and you can get cheaper through other means.
good benefits all around including 401K and etc

The best thing was the way the plans paid out for you once you used the benefits.
The healthcare was expensive and limited choices with only high deductible plans which didn’t suit my needs
More costs passed to the employee.
It's included but the cost continues going up year over year as well as the copay's.
